Description

Indulge in the ultimate comfort food… Creamy, cheesy, and irresistibly delicious, this classic dish is perfect for any occasion. Elevate your mealtime with a bowl of pure, cheesy bliss!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 28 oz boxes of Kraft Macaroni and Cheese (or 8oz box Macaroni Noodles)
  • 1 tsp Crisco or Butter
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese (any blend as desired, I like Monterrey Jack and Cheddar)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tblsp Butter (melted)
  • 2 Eggs (mixed a bit)
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon of flour

Instructions

  • Set aside a 9in square pyrex dish, or if you double it, opt for the longer 9Ă—18 pyrex dish.
  • Boil the noodles as directed on its box
    • Add a touch of oil or butter so the noodles don’t stick.
    • Drain noodles and set aside.
  • If using Kraft Mac n’ Cheese Box, combine the packet of cheese powder that came in the box into a bowl with shredded cheese.
    • Reserve a handful of shredded cheese to sprinkle on top.
  • Mix the cheese with the milk, butter, eggs, salt, pepper, and flour.
    • Combine until well mixed. It may still be a little lumpy.
  • Drain the cooked noodles of all water, and pour the cooked noodles into your Baking Dish.
  • Pour the Cheese Mixture over the noodles, and use a Fork to Blend.
  • Sprinkle the reserved handful of cheese on top.

Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees in oven, or until starting to brown.
Remove from the oven.

Notes

Once removed from the oven, let it rest 5 minutes.
