Whether nestled in a rich marinara sauce, white sauce, or BBQ sauce – and with a side of spaghetti, rice, or enjoyed on their own – each bite promises a delightful explosion of savory goodness that will leave you craving more.
Ingredients
- 1–1/2 lb of each ground meat (choose your preferred combination of ground turkey, italian sausage, beef, and/or veal – a 70/30 or 80/20 lean to fat ratio will make a more tender meal)
- 2 eggs, whisked in a bowl
- 1/4 sweet or yellow onion (minced/fine)
- clove of garlic(miced, fine)
- 1/2 cup of bread crumbs (plain or gluten-free)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- Combine the meat, eggs, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, garlic powder, salt, pepper, italian seasoning, and black pepper. Mix together. Get your hands dirty!!!!
- Using an ice cream scoop or spoon to portion out the meatballs onto a sheet pan and then roll them into consistent balls.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked thoroughly OR Cook in a medium pan on the stove 4-5 minutes on each round side until fully cooked.
- Add to tomato sauce or sauce of your choice… choose a good one and keep it simple. Cook in the sauce an additional 7-10 minutes.

Serve with your favorite pasta, ravioli, garlic bread, salad, or veggie!
